OBERMEYER project,?Huawei Songshan Lake Intelligent Manufacturing Park, stood out among many competing entries, capturing the attention of the jury with its unique architectural concept and innovative design. The project showcased a deep reflection on modern architecture, with the local Lingnan culture reflected in the details, a unique logistic plan applied after advanced research for functional efficiency, safety workshop for electronic products and a temperature and humidity-adaptive employee canteen are embodying a people-oriented design philosophy. The project conveyed a concern for the human environment and sustainable development through its distinctive design approach. It created a comprehensive industrial park with a human-scale and humanistic care atmosphere.
