The 2020 China Building Forum kicked off at the Chengdu Century City Convention Center on November 16. Liao Chengzhen, Deputy Secretary-General of the Chengdu Municipal People's Government and Director of the General Office, Wolfgang Rudischhauser, Consul General of the German Consulate General in Chengdu, Maximilian Butek, Chief Representative of AHK German Overseas Chamber of Commerce Alliance, attended and witnessed the opening ceremony.

At the German Smart Building Planning and Development Forum on the same day, Mr. Knabe shared the international experience of OBERMEYER to the audiences, and received a burst of applause from them.

The Consul General of the German Consulate General in Chengdu stated that Germany has a long history in urban planning and building construction and had a leading position in solar energy, green energy and renewable energy industry. In that way, they can help Chengdu to go on a green development road and become an internationally well-known city eventually.
