In late May, OBERMEYER was invited to deliver a speech at the "Forum on Quality Development of Territorial Transportation for Chinese Modernisation and Annual Meeting of the Territorial Transportation (TOD) Committee" in Chengdu. During the forum, there were 10 thematic sessions held simultaneously. The thematic forums focused on The Design And Management Of The Whole Cycle Of TOD High-Quality Development, The Construction And Operation Of TOD Smart City and The Technical Control & Implementation Mechanism of TOD Planning, etc, and carried out the discussions and exchanges at various levels, in multiple fields, disciplines, and cross-industries.

Mr. He Jianfeng, Deputy Director of Urban Planning and Intelligent Transportation of OBERMEYER, delivered a keynote report entitled "The Development History and Trends of TOD Planning from the Perspective of Urbanisation" in the sub-forum "Technical Control and Implementation Mechanisms of TOD Planning", which analysed the role played by rail transit in the various phases of urbanisation, starting from the perspective of urbanisation.
