Home of Enterprises inaugurated at Wuhan Sino-German Industrial Park
While exploring Wuhan with over 50 AHK delegates in its serial event of “Xplore China” last week, OBERMEYER unveiled its latest addition “Home of Enterprises” at Wuhan Sino-German Industrial Park in Caidian District as a multi-functional connecting hub for German businesses in Wuhan and will continue to foster top-notch international exchanges.
Home of Enterprises: Facilitate Cooperation & Communication
“Home of Enterprises” is situated at the center area of Wuhan Sino-German Industrial Park with a total area of around 5500 m2. Designed by OBERMEYER, it functions as a multi-purpose social and commercial space with a variety of facilities, containing comprehensive showroom, conference, business incubation and café area.
?Background
Composed of the Home of Enterprises, the OVU Digital Park exhibition hall and corridors, the project blends German industrial characteristics and traditional Chinese architectural structure of mortise and tenon, symbolizing the all-round international collaboration between China and Germany.
The construction started last October and officially inaugurated on July 7th.? Party secretary of Caidian District Chen Xinhe, Executive Director of the German Chamber of Commerce in China Maximilian Butek attended the inauguration together with AHK delegation as part of its serial event “Xplore China”, strengthening Sino-German exchanges and cooperation.
Xplore China: Promote Higher Levels of an Open Economy
The Delegation Trip in Wuhan is one in the serial event Xplore China organized by German Chambers of Commerce Abroad (AHK), which has visited Hainan Free Trade Port, Qingdao Sino-German Eco Park, Wuhan Sino-German Industrial Park and so on since this January. The event aims to support German companies to understand the Chinese market in depth and to seek international cooperation through events including site tour and business matchmaking.

For instance, Qingdao Sino-German Eco Park was awarded with the first DGNB Urban District Certificate in Gold in China by the German Council for Sustainable Buildings (DGNB), as one of the most advanced ecological industry-parks in China.
